i took this photo outside the cathay..many many balls..what is love????
this question has been lingering in my head ever since the second night at redang when we were in the room having a casual chat and suddenly someone asked a question... wat is love to you? after that night, this question has never fail to keep my from trying to find and answer to this question....
a friend of my once told me of this verse from the bible....
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NIV)
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
i think that this might be to closest i'll ever get to answering that question... "It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." "Love never fails." this is simply beautiful... =)
